"It's not the mountains we conquer, but ourselves." -

Do you avoid public speaking and/or social events because of high anxiety? Do you obsess about upcoming speaking and/or social engagements? Do you have an immediate surge of anxiety when you learn you will need to speak in front of others? Do you attempt to avoid giving presentations if you can get out of doing them? Do you feel very uncomfortable being "in the spotlight" when speaking in front of a group? Do you worry about embarrassing yourself in front of others, afraid people will see how nervous you are, or fearful that you will "mess up" and look silly in front of an audience?
Public
speaking can be fun, educational and entertaining for both you and your
audience. Remember - public speaking is just another means of
communication.
